SilkPeel – New Orleans
Rejuvenate your skin with SilkPeel Dermalinfusion. SilkPeel is a dermal infusion and exfoliation treatment that helps remove the dead skin cells in the epidermis, the topmost layer of the skin, without the dryness typical of microdermabrasion. It is one of the most advanced forms of microdermabrasion, removing unwanted blemishes while promoting the growth of soft and healthy new skin cells. SilkPeel, offered in our New Orleans office, will smooth your skin and help you feel more youthful and radiant.
SilkPeel can be used to treat:
- Fine lines & wrinkles, sallow skin
- Hyperpigmentation: dark spots, sun damage, PIH
- Dry and dehydrated skin
- Rough skin texture
SilkPeel - Frequently Asked Questions
Are there side effects from the Dermalinfusion treatment?
Skin may appear flushed or red immediately following the procedure, but this is temporary.
How long do results last?
Regardless of condition being treated (hyperpigmentation, acne, stretch marks), skin treated with SilkPeel Dermalinfusion is 70% more volumized for up to 72 hours following the procedure. This means skin is smoothed, plumped, hydrated, and healthy.
How many treatments are required to see results?
We recommend a series of 4-6 treatments for best results.
What is the difference between a regular microdermabrasion and the SilkPeel Dermalinfusion?
Microdermabrasion treats the skin using tiny, non-allergenic crystals to remove the dead skin cells combined with a vacuum pressure. SilkPeel also uses a closed-loop vacuum suction, but has a 3-in-1 technology to exfoliate, extract, and infuse simultaneously. The exfoliation is gentler, using a less abrasive method than the typical diamond tip of microdermabrasion. During the treatment, dead skin is extracted and a powerful serum is applied to penetrate gently, but deeply into the dermis. The results are brighter complexions, smoother skin, and improved tone.
